Everything here felt brand-new, it was a very delightful stay of the same holiday this year. Hosts were kind, even gave us room with shower.

The apartment was tidy, and with a delightful view to mountain. I think it was reasonably priced.

I liked the location, it was marvellous and brilliant and to the nearest beach. All staff were lovely and good. This place was reasonably priced.

Our stay at Apartamentos El Sombrero was great value for money, with a well-equipped and clean room. The location was perfect, with easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, and the bus station. The staff were welcoming and made us feel at home.

The breakfast menu could be improved by offering a wider variety of cooking utensils and a larger kitchen space for easier cooking.

The property was amazing, clean, and fantastic. The staff was good, I thoroughly enjoyed that. Room was modern, ideal and complete with a TV to be brought from another apartment straight away, shower plus sofa bed. Breakfast was marvellous with a wide range of food. There was a well-maintained pool and views of the sea and the pool.

The apartment was clean and had location really close to restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, church and plaza beside the apartments, a bus stop and the surrounding areas. Had all the facilities for fantastic stay of the same holiday this year.

noisy fridge

If you are lucky with your room you will live in the center of Los Gigantes but very quiet center and you will not listen to car motors whole night and singing people till 1 am. Rooms are simple but clean and good, also comfortable. Easy walk access to all main and many interesting places in Los Gigantes and Puerto de Santiago

Bad Internet connection. But at least they have it. Very small refrigerator for a room where 4 people can live. Too many locked compartments

Fantastic location in relation to shops and beach and bars. If you are looking for big night life, bars, clubs, then Los Gigantes and the El Sombrero is NOT for you. If you want to kick back and have a lazy holiday, then I could not recomend this enough. I can't wait to go back.

No air con, but it was not a massive issue.

I recently stayed at Apartamentos El Sombrero for a week and it exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Los Gigantes village, with beautiful views of La Gomera and occasionally La Palma from our balcony. The apartment was spacious and clean, with two large bedrooms and comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and the apartment was cleaned regularly. There were also great dining options just opposite the hotel, and a busy bus stop nearby.

I can recommend this hotel.
